We usually think of fresh pasta being made with eggs. But there is another way! We will learn that simply combining semolina and water makes a fantastic pasta, known by many an Italian grandmother as a more affordable alternative. Paired with a hearty mushroom bolognese, it's a comforting dish for a cold winter's night!
