Tofu doesn't always have to be shaped like a cube! Learn how to make this twist on the typical take-out dish. You will learn new techniques for tofu, and valuable skills to boost your kitchen confidence overall.
Bring an apron, and your enthusiasm! If you have a favorite knife, you are welcome to bring that, too, but knives and other utensils/equipment will be provided.
