About the event
They're not just a substitute for meat! We will explore some different flavors and textures of mushrooms as we learn the best way to cook them for this special occasion main course.
Bring an apron and something to tie back long hair. If you have a favorite knife, feel free to bring that along, but knives are available for the class.
There's always leftovers to bring home, so bring a to-go container!
