Mushroom Wellington

A dish to look forward to every holiday season, you won't missed the roast beast! Every savory and textural element shines, from the vegan puff pastry to the mushroom-butternut squash-stuffing filling, to the gravy. This is a great dish to learn many cooking skills.

Note: some elements of the final product will be prepared ahead for timeliness (including the pastry).

What to bring: your love of good food, an apron and something to pull back long hair. If you have a sharp knife you like to use, feel free to bring it, but there will be knives for everyone's use.
