About the event
Texture and taste can be the stumbling blocks when fully embracing tofu. We will explore the softer side of tofu in this class, with silken and firm.
What to bring: your love of good food, an apron and something to pull back long hair. If you have a sharp knife you like to use, feel free to bring it, but there will be knives for everyone's use.
Free parking available in front of our shop and kitchen!
